Private Training

Private sessions are the fastest way to progress towards your goals. A certified Coach will work one-on-one with you on your level and skill set. The Coach will adjust the intensity of the work to the level appropriate for you. Privates are 60 minutes long.

Accountability Session

Accountability sessions are scheduled regularly to ensure active clients have the resources and support necessary in order for them to continue progressing towards their fitness goals.


Consultations are scheduled with prospects that are interested in a holistic solution for the their wellness needs. Consultations are only granted once a pre-qualification call has been done.
